TeaBridge Town Council has approved a programme of specialist repairs to the historic market clock after a recent inspection identified wear to its internal mechanism.nnConservation engineers are expected to begin work later this month. The clock will remain in place while the mechanism is carefully removed, repaired and tested.nnCouncil representatives said the work had been planned to protect the familiar landmark while keeping disruption in the town centre to a minimum.
